Ash wood is strong, durable and stable. And also, so sadly going extinct thanks to the invasive emerald ash borer. I have a very limited supply of these sturdy ash bowls. If you would like to preserve a little piece of our history while having a functional tool in your kitchen, please order now. This bowl measures approximately 16″ L x 10 1/2″ W x 3 3/4″ H. It’s sanded inside with very light carving marks on the outside.
